Former Prodrift Ireland and European Champion James Deane has just announced that he will compete at the first round of Formula D in Long Beach, at the wheel of the Falken Tires S15. The drive has been provided to him with the support of Falken Tires USA, MCNSport and WKD Imports. This brings the number of Irish drivers to four, all current and former Prodrift champions. It would seem the Shamrock Highway is still delivering some top drawer talent to the US scene. All of us at Speedhunters would like to wish James the very best of luck at Long Beach and we hope that this is just the first of many FD appearances !
