Spotted this video on a local forum and thought it would be quite apt for the start of Motorsport month. This on-board footage will treat you to a full stage of the 2010 West Cork Rally that ran just a few weeks ago. It's puts forward a good case that you don't need the world behind you to enjoy motorsports from behind the wheel. Hearsay after the event says that the car was only 6 seconds of the pace of the WRC cars. The car is an EG Civic, the driver is Damien McCarthy, the colourful pacenotes are provided by Eamon Hayes and the soundtrack is by a 1600 Honda VTEC.
