Here is the last set of my desktop selections from Silverstone. And having now personally seen FIA GT1, GT3, GT4 and ALMS’ GT2, I have to
say that the action level of action of the GT1 is very similar to that
of the American LeMans’ GT2 class but with added exotica on the grid. I’m quite torn between which I would prefer….
One of you requested photos of the GT1 Corvettes, so he’s one of them. Too bad both of these yellow Corvettes were not able to finish the race.
In a field filled with Lamborghini’s and Maserati’s, these Aston Martin DB9s look fairly common.
I mean, really, it’s really hard to beat the sound of the race developed V12 cacophony that the engine produces and its uber-exotic Ferrari-Enzo-on-steroids looks.
