Heat, humidity and our dearest star's warm rays are strange occurrences in the Pacific Northwest. But it's not as strange as seeing Mad Mike's BadBull RX-8 sans-GT wing. The rear wing was giving the car too much grip on the Evergreen Speedway Formula D course, so it was removed. The team also added more rear camber to take anyway a little more grip (which also made the rear wheels fit insanely flush!). The result? A happy, wide-open-throttle'd, smoking Mad Mike and an RX-8 that looks sleeker and even more insane.
Aesthetically, wing or no wing? That is the question.
