A day that everyone had been waiting for, turned to a disaster within the first hour of track time. Six car drift trains are a regular occurrence on days like today. Everyone normally keeping their fair share of distance but one spin can bunch things up quite quickly! Michael Hughes' S13 came in contact with Lachlan Gasman's 180SX who spun a meter in front of him. Travelling at around 80km/h it was just unstoppable. It's what happens on the track. This is drifting; this is motorsport. By the end of the day, both Michael and Lachlan had cleared things up which was very good to see! I'm sure after a great weekend with 30 or so mates, some drinks and a big BBQ (and a new shell or two) the cars will be back and stronger than ever! Keep Drifting Fun.
