The glowing embers from Formula DRIFT Irwindale may have been completely extinguished by now, but that doesn’t stop those that were there to reminisce about what was arguably, the best FD event of all time. For those that weren’t in attendance, luckily, there’s videographers like Zak Kerbelis to do their best to capture elements of the event that just can’t be live streamed: the tense mood and the atmosphere.
Notice how the film starts off black and white then slowly introduces in color –a brilliant bit of editing.
