Racing Against Time: Crystal Palace Desktops

Last weekend’s Motorsport At The Palace event in London showcased some amazing cars from across the decades, racing on the remnants of the original 76-year old racing circuit. Rally cars like this stunning Alpine could be seen in the show area.

Out on track, one minute you could witness an old BMW 2002 tourer rolling up to the starting line…

…and the next a big banger sportscar, ready to take on the 740m sprint course.

The car clubs basked in the sun on the grass banks below the terraces of the original Crystal Palace itself, with the competing cars tucked under the trees by the track – both giving plenty of opportunity for the thousands of spectators to soak up the cars. Click away below to download desktops!
