Want to make yourself feel old? Consider this fact. We are coming up quickly on five years since the R35 GT-R hit the market. With that in mind, there’s been a lot of speculation over what the future of the GT-R holds. At one point, there was even question over whether there would even be a follow-up to the current GT-R. This week Inside Line published a story with some info on the current state of GT-R development. Word is the current car will continue along with a significant update in 2013/14 , and then be followed by up an all new model for 2018.
2018 is still a long way off so there’s few details on what the next GT-R will bring to the table. What would you like to see from Nissan’s performance flagship? The same twin turbo V6? Twin turbo V8? Hybrid? Something completely different?
