Dodge shook things up earlier this summer when it introduced the Challenger SRT Hellcat, a supercharged beast of an automobile packing 707 horsepower right off the showroom floor. It’s one one of the most powerful production cars ever, and with a price starting around $60,000 it delivers a ridiculous amount of performance for the money.

Of course, as soon as the Challenger debuted, people have been wondering if Dodge would begin fitting the Hellcat powerplant into its other vehicles. The answer is yes, and the second vehicle to join the lineup is the 2015 Dodge Charger SRT Hellcat.

The current Charger has always been seen as a muscle car for the family, and with the addition of the 707hp motor, the Hellcat version has become more than that. It’s now the world’s most powerful production sedan. Dodge claims the car will do an 11.0-second quarter mile on street tires and hit a top speed of 204mph.

Along with blown 6.2-liter HEMI, the Hellcat Charger also gets plenty of other high performance goodies, including a Brembo brake package with six piston callipers and giant 15.4-inch rotors up front. The 20×9.5-inch wheels are forged and come shod with Pirelli P ZERO tires.

All of that comes wrapped around a plush and tech-laden interior that can accommodate up to five adults in complete comfort.

Pricing hasn’t been announced yet, but like the Challenger I’d expect this car to deliver all this for a relatively affordable sum. Sure, a BMW M5 or a hot Jag might be nice, but this has instantly become one of the best choices out there for hauling family and friends around very quickly.
