Once again it’s time to take a quick look at some of our favorite video clips from around the net that came to our attention over the past week.

Let’s kick things off with one of the most desirable (and collectible) BMW performance cars of all time…

The BMW E9 3.0L CSL Batmobile is car that we’re sure many of you have on your ‘dream drive’ list. But given the small number of genuine cars that were produced and the even smaller amount that are still on the road today, for most of us the chances of slipping behind the wheel of one are slim to none. Car Throttle did have the opportunity though, and the resulting video will at least give you a little taste of what it’s like.

For the most part, drifting around the streets is dangerous, highly illegal and something that can’t be condoned. But when Midwest Drift Union blocked off the roads around Roosevelt Park in Detroit, Michigan, recently, the action was a true spectacle to behold. Check out more clips from this event (Round 2 of the MDU 2015 season) here and here.

Ryan Tuerck’s idea of a daily-driven street car is a wide-body FR-S that’s stripped out and caged with a stroked 2JZ engine under the hood. But can this almost-FD-Pro-spec Scion truly be driven on the road? Jalopnik wanted to find out, so it set Ryan three straightforward challenges: drive it to New York; take the Holland Tunnel; cruise through Time Square. See how he fared above…

Back in July, Stance Nation expanded its reach in Japan by hosting a new G Edition event in the city of Nagasaki. If you’re a fan of the low-down car life, you’re sure to find a lot to like in the event’s recently-released official video.

Daijiro Yoshihara might be best known for his sideways antics – most recently in the Falken Tire/Turn 14 Distribution LSX-powered Subaru BRZ – but that doesn’t mean he can’t apply his driving skills to other motorsport disciplines. In our final clip from the week, GT Channel follows the Japanese-born American driver as he teams up with Spoon Sports to pilot its famous blue and yellow Honda S2000 in the recent 8 Hours of Fuji Super Taikyu endurance race.

Now it’s your turn… Seen a cool clip recently? Post it up in the comments section below!
