A brand new week of Speedhunting is almost upon us, but before we get into that, it’s time to take a quick look at some of the videos we’ve been checking out over the past seven days.

Let’s get things started with the official video from Players Classic…

Paddy’s started bringing us some great coverage from the 2016 edition of this annual event held at Goodwood Motor Circuit in South-East England, and while he’s not done just yet (stay tuned for the spotlights!), we couldn’t not share the official clip from the guys at I Love Bass. Do yourself and select 4K resolution for the Ultra HD picture experience.

Next up, it’s a very cool video from Hagerty; the subject: a Ford Flathead V8 rebuild to re-power a 1946 Ford pickup, in time-lapse. Forty thousand images were taken over six days to produce this mesmerising six-minute clip.

Following on from last week is the fourth video in Blackbird Automotive’s glorious The Breakfast Club mini series. The Lola T70 is The Athlete; a steadfast racer that flew the flag for Britannia in Group 5 during the late ’60s and early ’70s, that’s beautiful to boot.

Finally this week, it’s an oldie but a goodie: Johnny Herbert steering the 1991 Le Mans-winning Mazda 787B around Circuit de la Sarthe back in 2011. That was for the 20th anniversary of Mazda’s Le Mans win, which of course means that this year – or more so, this week – marks the 25th anniversary of the groundbreaking achievement. Turn the volume up and listen to the naturally aspirated 26B four-rotor engine scream!

That’s all for now, but as always, if you’ve watched a cool video online this week, don’t forget to share it in the comments section below!
