For all the hyperbole surrounding the famous Nürburgring Nordschleife, very little is ever said about the winding roads which surround the Grüne Hölle.
Whilst entire towns litter the perimeter and infield of arguably the world’s greatest race circuit, the roads which connect them are deserving of similar praise to those flanked by armco nearby. You might not be able to seek similar driver or mechanical limits on the public roads, but the sense of joy can be on par under the right circumstances. In this case, a Versus Performance tuned BMW M2 equipped with KW suspension, Akrapovič exhaust, a full tank of petrol and a desire to just enjoy the drive above all else.
This is just the prologue to an adventure which I never thought could possibly happen; a drive which comfortably surpassed all previous experiences. Quite simply, this was the dream drive.
