With a new week (and month) of Speedhunting ready to kick off, it’s time to take a quick look at some of our favorite videos from the past seven days.

Let’s kick things off with a new clip from GoPro featuring Mattias Ekström and his Audi S1 EKS RX Quattro…

Ahead of the 2016 FIA World Rallycross Championship, which kicked off last month in Portugal, Mattias took to a frozen lake in Sweden and put his 600hp, all-wheel drive Supercar class machine to the test; GoPro was there to capture it all.

Next up, it’s a new clip from Porsche in which a special restoration project is announced. This summer, the 924 turns 40 years old, and to mark the occasion a previously unrestored race car that competed (and completed) the 1980 24 Hours of Le Mans is seeing some much-needed love. Porsche Cars GB is spearheading the rebuild of 924 GTP 002, which for over three-and-a-half decades has remained untouched.

Although he’s an established name in the world of professional drifting, 2016 marks the first full season of Formula Drift Pro competition for ‘Mad Mike’ Whiddett. Despite not getting the result he wanted at the first round in Long Beach, California, a few weeks back, the Kiwi drifter is gunning for solid performances throughout the remainder of the season – he’s definitely got the hardware for the job in his Gen 2 RADBUL MX-5. His official video from FD R1 is a pretty slick production, which you can check out by hitting play above.

Finally this week we have Toyo Tires’ video from the recent AutoCon Los Angeles event, held at the LA Convention Center. Look out for more than a few fresh builds in this nicely shot and edited clip, plus the familiar creations of our very own Daniel Covarrubias.

As always, if you’ve caught a cool video in the last week, go ahead and share it in the comments section below!
